PERMITTED USES
Upon purchase of any of the
Animated GIFS/Graphics on this
website, YOU MAY;
1) Back up, and store the
Graphics as part of an archive for
personal or professional use.
2) Use the Graphics in any
electronic or print media, including
advertising and editorial use.
3) Use in all commercial and
personal projects with an intention
to sell, including book covers,
calendars,
consumer merchandise (T-shirts,
posters, art, etc.), or any
electronically distributable product,
such as
screensavers (free or shareware),
Wallpaper, animated Logos, E-Cards
and E-posters, etc. and can be used
on
websites, or any other purpose which
DOES NOT include selling the images
in their original or modified form
(I.E.
as static or animated, or re-coloured,
or re-animated graphics interchange
format (GIF) images or any other
graphics).
4) Use graphics in
derivative work as long as you do not
modify or alter the graphics/images
in any way for use in
such derivative work. All rights of
modification, alteration, etc., shall
remain exclusively with 3D GRAPHICS
CENTRAL Inc. at all times. However, you
NEED NOT give acknowledgement,
whether by link or advertisement of
any kind for use of these graphics in
any of your derivative works (whether
commercial, personal or otherwise).
We
therefore do not require any link back
to us in any way.
5) Use the graphics freely
as design elements in video, film, or
television broadcasts or in
connection with your
business or entity, e.g. corporate
identity documents and letterheads.
PROHIBITED USES
All Graphics for sale on
this website are royalty-free for all
personal and commercial uses as long
as there is NOT
an intention to sell images in their
present or modified for as GIF images
whether electronically or on CD or
other
device. The resale of the Graphics in
an online catalogue like the one
present on 3D Graphics Central
is a direct
infringement of the terms of use of
those graphics and is STRICTLY
PROHIBITED. Re-distribution in this
way will
result in punishment to the fullest
extent of the Law in this and in any
country where such illegal attempts
are
identified. THE RIGHT OF SALE OR RESALE
OF GIF (GRAPHICS INTERCHANGE FORMAT)
IMAGES AND
ANY FORM OF MODIFICATION, ALTERATION,

AN EXCLUSIVE
RIGHT OF 3D GRAPHICS CENTRAL ONLY AND
THESE RIGHTS WILL ALWAYS REMAIN WITH

Upon purchase of any of the
graphics you MAY NOT:
1) Sublicense, distribute
for sale, transfer or assign the
graphics in their original or in
modified forms (as GIFS
animated or static) to third parties.
2) Use the graphics in any
way that could be considered
defamatory, pornographic, libellous,
immoral, racist,
obscene or fraudulent, or illegal,
either by making physical changes to
it, or in the juxtaposition of the
graphics to
accompanying text, images, or
otherwise.
3) Modify, alter,
disassemble, decompile, reverse,
re-animate, re-engineer, or re-colour
in any way whatsoever.
Upon purchase, you are
permitted to use graphics in their
present state, i.e. in your
commercial, personal,
business projects, logos, web
templates, etc. HOWEVER, you may
modify or adjust the speed of
animations in
the graphics to suit your needs.
Intellectual Property
Rights
All materials provided
through the 3D GRAPHICS CENTRAL are
protected by the copyright laws of
the U. S. and
other countries. You are only allowed
to use these materials as indicated
here in our terms of use; other uses
are
prohibited by copyright laws. You must
NOT copy, reproduce, retransmit,
distribute, publish, commercially
exploit
or otherwise transfer any copyrighted
material in any format, electronic or
otherwise. You are permitted to
download and use our graphics at your
convenience but we retain the full
rights to all our products as the
creators
of all products. In the case of
graphics, upon purchase you are
granted a license to use such
graphics, but no
other rights are relinquished to you
(see
above).
Limited Warranty and
Liability
1) YOU AGREE THAT USING OF
3D GRAPHICS CENTRAL IS ENTIRELY AT
YOUR OWN RISK. 3D GRAPHICS
CENTRAL MUST THEREFORE BE CONSIDERED AS
A SERVICE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND. TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3D
GRAPHICS CENTRAL DISCLAIMS ANY
WARRANTIES FOR
THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS,
AND PERFORMANCE OF THE WEBSITE.
HOWEVER 3D
GRAPHICS CENTRAL DOES ACKNOWLEDGE
LIMITED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY
CONTENT,
INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND
MERCHANTABILITY OF PRODUCTS PROVIDED

DAMAGES INCURRED BY
THIRD PARTIES). SUCH LIMITATION SHALL
ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES
INCURRED BY
REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS
RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON 3D

CENTRAL. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW.
